On most of the keyboards I have seen (101 or 105 keys) there is a Return key and an Enter key. The Enter key usually being on the 10-keypad. Return is normally for the typists, the Enter is normally for 10-keypad entry.

Otherwise, you could use them interchangeably since they both produce the same input code.
