Hi Steve --

It sure does seem like a half-dozen settings. Though I think I
hunted all of them down, it still didn't work. However, Jennifer
Maitland's suggestion of pasting into Word (or Frame) and then
distilling worked great. I have a sneaking suspicion we've just
uncovered a Visio bug that is now scurrying around the desktop
desperately searching for someplace to hide.

Thanks for the suggestion.
