The problem is that while it may make writing professionals giggle, there are
non writers who take this kind of clap-trap seriously. Conformity to these
rediculous methods are then made into contractual requirements that no amount of
logic or pleading will change. Documents get refused for being to high on the
index even though technically and gramatically correct.
