Check out the InfoDesigns web site, by Peter J. Bogaards. It provides lots of a LOT of links to current issues in usability, HCI, inferface design, yada yada yada. It's at http://infodesign.bogieland.com . You can also sign up for a newsletter that sends links and summaries to articles. I've found many of the articles very useful.

I also recommend "The Inmates are Running the Asylum." It gets pretty high reviews and it has a lot of useful information and incite.
