I'm enjoying this thread!

Cisco calls them "Caveats" (Known and Resolved).
Nortel/Bay Networks called them "Known Anomalies".
Other places called them "Difficulties" or "Issues," but my all time
favorite was the company that said, "We never have problems to fix. We just
make improvements to our software."
