Adobe Acrobat and Document Management

I have a question. I seem to remember that Acrobat can take many pdf files
and merge them into one file (for example, 5 manuals could be converted
into one Acrobat file, and you can click on which manual you want to view
while navigating within Acrobat). I remember seeing this, but can't recall
how to do it. I have Adobe Acrobat 5.0.
