Meg,

There is such a thing as a dumb question; however, Acrobat documentation is so famously user-hostile that no question about Acrobat or Distiller could ever be considered dumb.

Start > Settings > Printers > Acrobat Distiller

Right-click; select Properties

Which tab you look on varies depending on your operating system, but on one of the tabs you'll find the driver specified.

If you installed the new driver using a wizard, you shouldn't have to do anything else. If you simply downloaded the driver after Acrobat was already installed and didn't explicitly attach it to the Distiller printer, you can use the Browse button to navigate to the new driver.
