The quick and dirty way would be to simply put the PDFs themselves online,
where they can accessed from a browser quite readily. When generated with
this medium in mind, PDFs are well suited for this purpose.

Otherwise, why not use RoboHelp to convert the Word files directly to online
help???

WebWorks is due to come out with a Word-to-online help system soon, also.
(I'm a major Frame/Webworks fan.)
