Single-Sourcing
Please point me to where I can learn more about single-sourcing models:
database model and superset document model.
My article "Single-sourcing with FrameMaker" at

uses the superset document model. I don't talk about the model per se, but these are techniques you might use under the superset document model.
There are other approaches under this model, in addition to the techniques that I discuss.
