I use up my two weeks on my kids--usually a day here and there for a
sick kid who cannot go to daycare.

No comp. time.

I agree, I have some things to address; but that is not an easy task to
plan or pull-off.

Cheers,

Sean

P.S. I mis-spoke. I am not "expected" to be here 40 hours. That's the
minimum. The culture, and subsequent expectations, are much higher.

You'll get no argument from me on any of your points Sean.

Except I would like to hear that you take your vacations and get some
comp
time whether officially sanctioned or not.

7) I am that busy. I am expected to be here only 40 hours.
