::: - Are there Microsoft style manuals for languages othere
::: than English?

That I'm not sure of. It would make sense that there would be, but I've
never seen or heard of such an animal.

::: - The latest version on offer from is from
::: 1998 -
::: has an out of print edition. Is this really the latest
::: version? Obviously
::: there is new terminology from Windows 2000 and XP which is
::: important.

They are working on a new version right now. I don't know when it'll be
