Oh, and another thing I hate about PDFs - they take FOREVER to print!

Particularly if it's a graphic-intensive PDF printing double-sided, it
seems like the printer pauses between pages, as if reading the document
and pondering its content before moving on. Grrrrrrrr...

(Can you tell I'm waiting for a print job to finish?)
