The only success I have ever had with this task, which the marketing people often want, is to use Mif2Go. Three minutes and you are done. And the output Word document looks very similar to the Frame document.

Every other approach that I have used turns it to mush that you need to spend hours to clean up. Plus it saves time in converting .tifs, and .gifs into to some file format Word can use.
