If the company is having a real problem and you believe they are in good
faith. Offer to take a 10% cut, with the understanding that upon a
restoration to profitability, they will restore the cut and upon
reaching a higher level, you will get a commensurate increase. These are
tough times and we must all bite the bullet.
Yeah! I know they can hurt you on the uptake, but believe it or not,
most companies value their workforce, especially if you have a good work
ethic and attitude.
