Oh, the whole program is similarly tongue-in-cheek
wonderful! (and I've no affiliation and it's free)
Here's one of their tips of the day:

"If you run with scissors, you might get hurt. Even walking with
scissors isn't such a hot idea. On the other hand, you can't avoid
all risks, and scissors are rather low on the spectrum of risks --
probably below boredom, insurance salesmen and meteorites."

And y'know, it ain't a bad html editor either! <g>
