In all this discussion, I think John Posada's post is probably closest to
the mark. John reports: <<Every 10 days, we schedule a document review. The

To me, this pretty much says it all: Misunderstandings involving drafts and
overly intrusive bosses are often a really strong sign that you're not
keeping the lines of communication open with your boss. When each of you
understands the other person's needs, and is willing to take those needs
into account, many problems gradually go away. Of course, there are also
many psychopathic bosses out there, but on the assumption that you've got a
boss who's only a bit neurotic and overstressed, John's advice is
exceedingly sound.
