1) I started young
2) Most of my interviewers were not 20-somethings (phew)
3) 20-somethings figure thirty-something is old and don't know the difference between 30+, 40+, or 50+ :)

My original question was more about resume prep, because once you get the interview, you will have a better chance of finding out whether or not your personality and skills are a fit for the job. However, if HR departments and hiring managers are throwing away resumes based on chronology or length, should I fix that?
