Thanks, thanks, and more thanks to Cheryl Bryant for getting me on
track with breadcrumbs in my CHM file.

It seems that you don't put the script into each HTML file, you put
a single instance of it into your folder, and add the reference to
the .HHP file. I've got the basics working now, just need to tweak
the JavaScript.
