Are you turning in progress reports. Do you have a timeline & deadlines for
review? Are you sticking to a schedule?

Furthermore, writing does not always take as long as coding. It depends heavily
on the nature of the application and the writer doing the work.

I've done similar docs in 2 months. There is no easy comparison.

I'd say your boss wants you to work faster, not smarter. So, the choice seems
pretty clear.

1. Work faster.

2. Look for a new job.
