It seems to me that he did not condemn the software, but made a
considerate post to warn others that they might have a problem.

Before making this statement, I pointed out:

- The difficulties listed were more likely due to an unavoidable limitation of the operating system.
- There were resources to remove the software which he didn't mention trying.
- The problem mentioned did not seem general.

In short, the warning sounds as though it was based on superficial experience. What's more,the original poster indicated that he was simply going to remove the software after this experience, rather than try to resolve it.
I could say more. However, all I need to say is that, under these circumstances, I consider the posting alarmist and misleading rather than considerate.
