Two suggestions:
import the source files into your word processor of choice and write a
small search and replace macro In WordPerfect writing the macro should
take no more than a few minutes, (In Word longer,) to extract the text
between the // and the line feed and put it into a separate file.
This can also easily be done with a perl script.
