Our IT Division has a 'library' that keeps all the documentation (soft and hard copy). I'm trying to find any information on the subject - books, websites, shared experiences. I'd like to learn about what processes other companies have for checking documentation in and out, how they actually go about getting the documentation from developers and writers to the library, and particularly best practices. It's a subject I have had a hard time finding any concrete examples on particularly relating to our structure. Your help is always appreciated!
