I have made similar documents like the one you mention here. I used
Microsoft Publisher and used a tri-fold template, and then laminated it. I
believe most desktop publishing software suites should have something. Does
this help, or am I in left field?

Can any one provide advice or examples on creating a quick reference card
for a Pocket PC application that drivers use in a delivery truck?
I'm thinking that it should fit in a glove box or visor, and be very sturdy.
But I'd really love to see an example or talk to someone who has created
something similar.
