1. Copy an instance of the desired field to the Clipboard.

2. Then type "^c" (w/o quotation marks) in the Replace With field.

For a really useful list of special codes you can use in find-and-replace:

1. Look up "find" or "replace" in the Word Help index.

2. Choose "Find and replace paragraph marks, page breaks,
and other items."

3. In the help topic, choose "Type a code for the item."

(Yes, they could've made it much easier to find.)
