I often use search engines on the Internet to look up things for my writing,
but I've been stuck with a search problem for a while. I need a search
engine that can handle special characters like / ? , : .

For example, when I search for "AD.1" in Google and other common engines I
get answers for AD 1, AD-1 etc. The search engine doesn't seem to pay
attention to the dot between AD and 1.

Are there any search engines that makes a difference between special
characters, please?

Regards,
Henrik
