www.rational.com has gobs of information about team development processes,
data modeling, various types of development documentation and so on. They
push thier own methodology called the RUP, and there are other methodologies
to be sure, but in any case, their site is a cornucopia of information,
documentation, web-seminars (many free!) and the like. And they're darn nice
people too!

(and no, I don't work for them)
