I have a question for the freelancers and outsourcing houses in TECHWR-L
land:

* Do you work on "Fixed Bid" projects? (where you quote a fixed price and
eat the time if your estimate is off?)
* With the slowdown, have you been pressured for more fixed bids from
clients?
