I've found "Word 97 Annoyances" by Woody Leonhard to be utterly
indispensable. It's out of print, and was written for a previous version
of Word, but it's still very pertinent and useful. Check half.com and/or
some of the online used-book stores for a copy.

Word works best if you learn to talk dirty to it.
