I almost agree with Keith, who writes, "Deadlines are my friend.
They let me know exactly what's expected of me, and also let me
know when I'll be free to start the next project."
I believe that deadlines are my friend WHEN they let me know
exactly what's expected of me and also let me know when I'll
be free to start the next project. Not everywhere, alas, can
that clarity be expected to accompany a deadline.
