I've not spent much time trolling these things, but having heard references
to a few and their content, I assumed from the name that they at least
started their existence as "B-Logs", "Bug Logs" or lists of anomalies and
their workarounds that had been collected over time.
Is this an errant (quasi-etymological) assumption on my part?
