Doesn't appear to me that they're listing this as a "problem". Just
as an FYI that if you make something read-only, remember that you're
only making the *file* read-only, not the *content*. (Of marginal
usefulness, unless you're just preventing a reader from making casual
changes in place.)

I also doubt that this is something they can "fix". Password
protection is a feature of the .doc file format. They can't help it
if you save it as RTF, text, HTML, or any other format that doesn't
include password protection.

Although, since they take the trouble of disabling copying, you'd
think that read-only protection would disable Save As also. :-|
