I am writing a doc in Greek, using Avant Greek and Times New Roman Greek
fonts. I created para tags for the lists I want and applied to the tags
the character format I want, including the Greek font.
When I type a list, expecting alpha, beta, gamma, etc., I get alpha, beta,
psee. Framemaker is apparently using the letter that corresponds to the
keyboard, where C = psee; I cannot find a way to tell it not to do this.

I could use Fontographer to solve the problem, but I have my fingers
crossed for a simpler solution!

If you insist on a Greek alphabetic list... you'll have to resort to the
workaround you mentioned (custom fonts).

FrameMaker's support for Greek and other non-Romance languages
