Kelly...not that I'm aware of, at least never for me. The reason I injected
that was:

1) I'm a wiseass.
2) I've never created an actual deliverable for an interview. I've shown
existing ones, but never created one from scratch, even if it was only a
release note or readme.txt
3) I've never spent several hours doing that. I've created complete
deliverable (small ones) in that time and I've been paid before, so why not
under these circumstances?
