First, I apologize for sending the request 2x - accidentally clicked on the send button.....

Secondly, thanks for responding so promptly to my 9-1-1 request. The advice I received was:

1. Turn off "Save Without Prompt." (Tools -> Options -> General tab) b/c RoboHelp auto-saves too slow when changing pages. It seems that when you move through pages too quickly it gets confused and ends up auto-saving the contents of that file over to another file that was opened.
2. Right-click on file and select Edit.

I have turned off the auto-save option and hope that I will never encounter this problem ever again! Thanks a million!!! :o)
