I guess it does exist (the virtual keyboard)!

Now that's a prime example of a company desperately needing a
tech-writer/web-editor on board. VKB must be run by tight-fisted scientists,
who have forgotten what's more important ... the actual product. Wouldn't
even be surprised if the company isn't aware of the fact it has a web-site
up and running!

Yup! Dummying down the workforce, so you don't need to keep good tech
writers ... sure does help get your message out. Case in point: (Unfortunately for us ... in this case, it doesn't
seem to have affected them).
