Yes.

What you should do is print PDF from Visio using the Distiller printer
(you need Acrobat for this) and then Save the PDF as EPS. Otherwise,
maybe EMF will do in a pinch (Visio really needs some work in the
EPS-creation dept.)

Oh man... now we're talking *vector* graphics... a whole 'nother can of
worms. If you export to TIFF from Visio, does it rasterize the image?
That might explain the increased size.
