Nanotation: Hiding the relevant restrictions on an offered item by marking
the item with a small asterisk, then noting the asterisked restrictions at
the bottom of the page, using the tiniest available font size. Differs from
"fine print" in that "fine print" is generally voluminous yet ignored, while
a "nanotation" is deliberately designed to be overlooked or the asterisked
restrictions are outright "typo-ed" off the page.
