Hi!

I've been glancing through my Techwr-l digest everyday for the last couple of
months reading posted messages here and there about software, the industry,
and other items in the hopes that it would give me some direction in my future
career path. I will be graduating in May with an English Writing degree and
am not sure what direction to go from there. Some of the software and
technical questions asked I have understood and been able to at least venture
a guess at a response, but for the most part I have been lost with the jargon
and over all questions. My question then, I suppose, is what should I know
and should I further my education before attempting a career in the Technical
Writing field?

Thank You
Amy Rozum
