Heidi...I think it comes down to if you want it to work, you will find a
way. It's always much easier to accept the status quo, look for reasons it
won't work and say "See? I told you", then to be creative, figure it out,
and end up with something of value.

The moment more of us in the field see us as more than glorified spell
checkers is the moment that we'll be getting the respect that many of us
simply scream it is due to us rather than earning it.
