Conchan <dorun -at- m3 -dot- dion -dot- ne -dot- jp> wants to interpret some data he's been given.

I do not agree with Bonnie's interpretation. I have a different one. (Sorry.)

I think the data shows that the total population of City A increased 95%
between 1980 and 1990. In orther words, it's almost twice as big now.

I don't think the third piece of data is related to the first two pieces.
