Yes, you do have to tinker with the Truecode, select the column or row you
want to make conditional, go into the Truecode,

find the line

<tr style="x-cell-content-align: top;"

and alter it to include the conditions, for example;

<tr style="x-cell-content-align: top; x-condition: v5_5_US, v5_5_ACS;"
