Important people dress better? Well in may depends on where you work. Here, almost everyone wears jeans once in a while (understand more than once a week) even the president, VPs and the CEO. Sales people tend to dress in a more "business" way as they represent us in the outside world.

I usually dress very nice for interviews and for my first day, then I just adapt to my environment.

Today: nice blue pants with white blouse.
