The person who answered the phone wouldn't, so I asked to be escalated to a
manager. The manager was a condescending ass.

Why do I have to beg or connive my way past a gatekeeper to simply install
an existing feature which I paid for when they make the error of omission by
not showing how to install an application that is included in the cost of
the software. I wasn't looking for instruction on how to use a feature which
can be found by reading the manual...I was looking for how to install
software that is in the installation disk. The selection page give the
option to install FM, Reader, and Webworks. Maybe they should have included
Distiller?

The answer to question 1 is obvious. I have found that quite often the
charge has been waived where I have successfully argued that the answer
should have been in the documentation or the documentation is incorrect.
The initial screener won't do it, but the person who answers the
question usually has. This has applied with Palm and MS.
