Hey Kevin!!.... Don't worry, TECHWR-L is a fine place for discussions of FDA regulations, how and why new ones are promulgated, and the connection between new medical technologies and new regulations. For some of us here in FDA-land, that's our technical writing environment. It doesn't seem too far off Brian's original topic, either.
