I'm sorry to have wasted anyone's time.
The senior technical writer at my work suggested I try this, but I can see maybe I should have considered something else. I have been researching the internet and the resources I have avaliable, but I was looking for more information, some help from those more experienced.
My case study "intent" is due this Monday, and I have had only little bits of time work on it. I have to work through this weekend on a very large project due Monday as well (I do have experience in this field and I know the pressures of the job).
I was optimistic, but I am now very dissapointed in some of the arrogant responses I recieved (not all, thanks to those whose sent some pointers!).
Again, I do apologize for not being specific enough in my request.
But, I would suggest some better time management skills for those who could find the time to write an entire email of insults, but no time, with a huge workload, to give me a helpful tip. Maybe it's time to consider a new career. I hope the future of this proffession holds more for me than it has for many of you.

RH

Thanks again for the help I did recieve : )
