There are lots of ways to spell it:

PushPin (from the anti-spacebar software development people)
Thumbtack (from the anti-establishment, ^ -at- #% the 'push' people)
Pooosh-pyin (from the Cajuns).....


However, since your shop is a Microsoft shop, I'd go (for consistency) with
Microsoft's 'push pin'.
