I'm assuming that, if you're still spell-checking these documents, there's enough other "regular" text to be worth going through that step. That being the case, when the spell-checker got to the code portion of the document, couldn't you just then manually go "around" that code, and re-start the spell-check process on the next bit of regular text?

It's not automated, and admittedly not particularly elegant, but it seems the common sense way to go. I'll add here that I don't use Frame; I use Word. I'm working under the assumption that spell-checking in one is similar to spell-checking in another, but if I'm way off in that regard, please excuse the post.
