Consult a lawyer. The cost for this kind of contract
review is minimal ($100 give or take a few bucks), and
could save you from problems down the road.

Most contract jobs I take don't require a lengthy
contract on my part, and I can therefore bypass the
need for a lawyer. But, if your prospective client
already has contract written up, it may be best to
have someone review it with you to make sure it's a
sound agreement (and so you're 100% clear as to your involvement).
