Do you by any chance (please say yes) refer to
Corel Ventura Publisher -- the publishing program
that was sometimes bundled with Corel Draw? Or
do you mean that somehow the doc was created
in the actual drawing program? (Possible -- but oh
dear, oh dear ...)
