(forgive me if I'm not using the proper terminology here)

My office currently uses "Online Help Facility" to write help for
CICS/mainframe/MVS apps and operating systems. We feel that there is
something better on the market than this program. (Even though we know that
we're not using OHF to the fullest... we had no control over what
components were installed.) I was noodling around on the 'net and found
these help authoring programs. Does anyone have any experience with these
or any kernels of knowledge to pass on?
